(1) The power supply is Panasonic TSP-300 manual/argon arc welding machine, the power supply polarity is DC connection, the molten pool shielding gas is 99.99% argon, the flow rate is 10-18 L/min, the back shielding gas is 99.99% argon, the argon arc welding wire is Lincoln LNT4462 φ 2.0, AWSA5.9: ER2209, thorium tungsten pole φ 2.4, ANSI/AWSA5.12-92, the welding position is fixed horizontally, the wall thickness is 8-10 mm, the joint type is butt V-type interface, the groove Angle is 60°±5°, the blunt edge is 0-1.5 mm, the gap is 3-5 mm;


(2) The workpiece is fixed horizontally on the welding rack, and only the inlet and outlet of the sealing pipe is left. Argon gas is used as the back protection gas in the pipe for 3-5 minutes, and the gas flow rate is 5-10 l/min;


(3) The certified welder carries out the bottom welding, the current is 70-90 amperes, the voltage is 11-13 volts, the welding speed is 30-50 mm/min, continue to pass the back protection gas;


(4) The second layer of hot welding is carried out after the whole welding circle is completed. The current is 105-150 amperes, the voltage is 13-18 volts, the welding speed is 75-130 mm/min, the molten pool protection gas flow is 10-15 l/min, and the temperature between layers is less than 150℃; (5) After the second layer of welding, continue to pass back protective gas.
