Accidents easily occurred in the workshop are electric shock, falling, clipping, object striking and fire. Workers should have the necessary safety knowledges and skills to prevent accidents. In order to improve the awareness of safety in production, our company held a safety training for employees in July 2018.

This training mainly centers on three aspects. They are the safety management operation, prevention of safety accidents and emergency response for safety accidents. Safety management operations mainly include establishing safety management system, safety production inspection and so on. Safety accidents in workshop are fire accidents, electric shock accidents, explosion accidents and mechanical accidents, etc. How to effectively prevent them is the top priority of this training. In addition, this training also taught workers some emergency skills so that they know how to save themselves and help others in an emergency. Through vivid and meticulous explanation, each front-line employee is required to understand the job operation process and the working principle of the machine. Last but not least, the worker also need to know how to avoid potential safety hazards and truly achieve the goal of "safety first, prevention first".

This safety training has improved staff's safety awareness and employees' ability to deal with emergencies. Safety awareness begins with our emphasis on the value of life and the perception of life's fragility. It is the starting point for ensuring safe daily operation. Only when people have a sense of safety can they achieve the goal of safe operation without hurting themselves and others.
