Some ways can reduce the contact tip temperature, including in the contact Tip components, contact tip structure processing and contact tip material: brass, copper, CUCRZR and other materials, of which brass is worst, copper slightly better, CUCRZR is the best.

In addition, contact tip processing accuracy is also significant, due to the precision of the processing equipment or other problems. If the inner hole smoothness and concentricity is not good enough, the wire feeding will be affected, then affect the welding quality.
